How to check IP address of the local network on iOS, Android and Windows devices

Check the IP address of the local network on your device to access the web interface of the router when connecting equipment.

Check the IP address of the local network on your device to access the web interface of the router or configure a subnet in the management console when connecting equipment.

To check IP address of the local network on the iOS device:

  1. Go to Settings Wi-Fi on the tablet.

  2. Tap next to the active Wi-Fi network.

  3. Find Router field in the IPv4 address block and check IP address.

To check IP address of the local network on the Android device:

  1. Go to Settings → Network & internet on the tablet and select Wi-Fi.

  2. Tap the name of active network and expand the Advanced section.

  3. Find the Network details field with the local IP address.

To check IP address of the local network on the device with macOS:

  1. Click in the upper left corner and select System preferences.

  2. Go to Network and click Advanced.

  3. Open TCP/IP tab.

  4. Check IP address of the local network in the Router field.

To check IP address of the local network on Windows device:

  1. Click 🔎 in the lower left corner.

  2. Write cmd and press Enter.

  3. Write ipconfig in the command line and press Enter.

  4. Find Main gate field with the local IP address.

☝️ There could be difference in sections names between different models of devices.

You can go to the web interface of the router to change the IP address of the local network, to check or change the address range of the DHCP server and set up different Wi-Fi networks in your location.
