Why the indicator on the register has changed its color from green to gray

If the color of the indicator in the upper right corner of the register has changed to gray, there are no synchronization between registers, management console and Poster Boss. It happens when there are no internet connection in the restaurant or when the tablet isn’t connected to Wi-Fi network.

💡 If the internet in the restaurant is down, you can continue taking orders, print receipts and tickets offline. All data will be synchronized with the management console and Poster Boss automatically when the connection is restored.

☝️ In order not to lose sales data, don’t clear the cash and don’t delete the application until the connection is restored. All orders are saved on the register and automatically synchronized with the management console and Poster Boss once Internet is back.
