How to set up low stock alert

Enable low stock alert and set up the limit for ingredients and products to make purchases on time.

To enable low stock alert:

  1. Go to Setting → General in the management console.

  2. In the field Low stock alert choose when you would like to receive notifications: — notify when selling: if ingredient or product reaches the limit, you will receive email once an hour; — with one letter at the end of the shift: the letter will be send as soon as the shift is closed.

  3. Write your email in Email for notifications field. You can add other emails to send letters to several employees.

  4. Click Save.

💡 To receive an email before ingredients or products are out of stock, set the limit more then 0 and set Notify when selling. Thus you will have time to fill in the stock.

To set the stock limit:

  1. Go to Inventory → Stock in the management console.

  2. Find the ingredient or product and set the minimum amount that should be in stock in the Limit column. You will get an email when ingredient or product reaches the limit.

💡 Stock information updates when receipt has been closed.

☝️ If you delete the storage, stock will be reset.
