To create a birthday bonus:
Go to Marketing → Customer groups in the management console.
Click Add.
Name group. For example, Regular Visitors.
Select the Cash-back rewards system in the Loyalty program section.
Enter a bonus size. For example, 15%.
Enter the fixed bonus amount awarded to the customer on his birthday in the Birthday bonus field. For example, $10.
Click Add.
Go to Marketing → Customers and click Add.
Enter a birth date and select a customer group, Regular Visitors.
Click Add.
💡 Bonuses are automatically awarded to the customer's account once a birthday comes.
Once a customer saved enough bonuses he can pay a bill completely or partly by them.
