How to specify gross and net weight manually

You can put gross and net weight for dishes and preparations with weight ingredients.

Gross is an ingredient weight before processing and cooking. For example, weight of potatoes before peeling, which will be written off the stock.

Net is a final ingredient weight. For example, weight of the meat after defrosting and cooking.

💡 If you specify loss percentage of an ingredient, net weight will be calculated automatically.
