How to close receipt without payment

Close receipt without payment if your staff made a mistake or make a compliment of the house.

To close receipt without payment:

1. In open receipt press Pay.

2. In payment menu choose Close without payment and choose reason: guest left, on the house, waiter’s mistake.

3. Press Close without payment.

💡 You can restrict closing receipt without payment. Go to Settings → Security, in When closing receipt field choose Without payment from drop-down list and save changes. After that waiter will be able to close receipts without payments only with manager's password.

In order not to count receipt in revenue and get products and ingredients back in stock, delete receipts with mistakes.
