How to add a comment to the ticket

Add comments to the ticket so you can send your customer’s extra preferences and wishes to chef or bartender. For example, to cook a dish without salt or that customer has an allergy to nuts. 


To add a comment to the ticket: 

  1. In open receipt tap ••• near Send ticket button.

  2. In pop-up window, tap Add comment

  3. Type comment to ticket and tap Send.  


☝️ It’s unavailable to send tickets in web version. To send ticket with an order to bartender or chef, use Poster app.

 

To combine dishes in courses and serve several customers at the same time, specify dish courses.
