How to open several receipts on the one table
Open several receipts on the one table to receive payments from guests faster and to use different payment methods.
To open several receipts on the one table:
Tap and hold the blue table on your POS.
Choose Create new from the drop-down list.
Choose guest count and add products to the order.
💡 To add products or dishes to the order immediately after choosing a table, turn off guest count at the table.
To do this, go to Settings → General → Point of Sale settings, deselect Turn on guest count and save changes.
💡 To add products in one of the open orders, tap and hold the icon of the table on POS and choose receipt.
To consider guest’s wishes, specify courses in the kitchen ticket.
