Poster provides me the best way to organize and keep track of all sales and expenses with very little effort. It is very easy to use, and the support crew is always super friendly and responsive.
What is the name of the location? What is the story behind it?
The location’s name is Selva Blanca, and is the restaurant that my wife and I opened together. It is a project of vegan food, in which we are trying to promote veganism, create awareness and increase the health of our customers through a delicious and nutritious plant based diet.
How did we come up with the idea?
My wife opened a small reservation-only restaurant in her apartment almost 7 years ago. I met her about 3 and a half years ago. Little by little I got sucked in until finally we decided to grow and open to the public.
What is the main concept of our location?
Vegan food. We have food ready to eat, products for you to buy or cooking classes so you can learn how to cook delicious vegan meals.
Is it your first project in the HoReCa business?
Yes, it is the first official business project, because the one we had before in the apartment was a bit different.
Did you use any other POS systems before?
Yes, there is one software called Soft Restaurant. It is okay but I found it a bit unsupportive and not as easy to learn as Poster.
Describe with one phrase your feelings from working with Poster POS: what optimization results did you achieve, how did Poster helped your business?
It is very easy to use, and the support crew is always super friendly and always responsive. I found a way to organize and keep track of all sales and expenses with very little effort.
What are the most important and useful features for you in Poster cloud-based register?
I was really glad to find a POS system that gives instant access to the data in whatever computer you have available. That is super useful.
If tomorrow you were offered to switch the software, what decision would you make?
I don’t think I’d do it. If we grow and we have a need for a more specialized restaurants POS system then maybe but I don’t think so.
What plans do you have for 2018-2019? Will you open one more location?
That is the plan.
