What to do if cashbox is not opening
If cashbox doesn’t open automatically after receipt printing, do the following:
Make sure that you’re connecting cashbox to Epson TM-T20II, XP-Q260II or Sam4S Ellix 50DB which are set up for work.
Check connection of cable with RJ-12 connector from cashbox to ticket printer.
Run Poster app and enter employee PIN-code.
Tap ≡ in the right upper corner and choose Devices.
Choose printer from the list and turn on Cashbox switcher in Settings tab.
Go to Stations tab and press Print test receipt.
Press < Functions in left upper corner and choose Open cashbox.
💡 If you’ve plugged in cashbox according to instruction but it’s still not opening automatically, open it with key or manually on your POS. To make this tap ≡ in the upper right corner of your POS and tap Open cashbox.
