An order is created automatically in the POS. Acceptance for work - one click. In case of delivery, the system automatically distributes it to the best courier of its own fleet or a third-party delivery service. The client is shown all the statuses of the order on the website or in the application, as well as the courier's movement on the map.
  2. What data is transferred from Dots Platform to Poster? - The integration allows you to transfer customer data (name, phone number, addresses, wishes, notes), order data (all menu items, prices, discounts), payment type (online/cash/terminal), payment status (paid/not paid), amount of applied cashback to Poster.
  3. Is the Poster menu synchronized with Dots Platform? - Yes, the menu between the systems is synchronized automatically.
  4. Are changes in the order synchronized? - Yes, changes to the order made on the Dots Platform or Poster side are synchronized automatically.
  5. How can I control the fact of online payment? - Dots Platform does this automatically. All successfully paid online orders are added to Poster with a "paid online" mark. If the payment period has expired and the order remains unpaid, it goes to the POS with the mark "online payment failed". In this case, we recommend contacting the customer and agreeing on another payment method.
