How to add a storage

Add storages to make supplies, control stock, make manual ingredients write-offs and to make an inventory check. 

To add a storage in your location:

  1. Go to Inventory → Storages in the management console.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Write Name and Address of the storage.

  4. Select Locations to link the storage to one or several locations.

  5. Click Save.

💡 Link new storage to your location to configure automatic ingredients and products write-off, when they are sold on the register.

Set write-off rules if there are the same ingredients in different storages of one location. For example, lemon can be used in the kitchen and in the bar as an ingredient for salads and cocktails. 

☝️ If you delete the storage, stock will be moved to the trash.

After you add your first supply, ingredients and products will be written-off from the storage when sold.
